At Big Heart Blooms, we are committed to providing beautiful, fresh floral arrangements that bring joy and meet your expectations. Due to seasonal availability and supply fluctuations, certain flowers or containers (vases) may occasionally be unavailable. In these cases, we will make appropriate substitutions while maintaining the overall look, feel, and value of your order.
Flower Substitutions
When specific flowers are unavailable, we will substitute with flowers of equal or greater value. Substitutions will be made with flowers of a similar color, style, and size to maintain the intended design. For example, if peonies are out of season, they may be replaced with garden roses or another premium bloom with a similar aesthetic.
Vase & Container Substitutions
If the chosen vase or container is not available, we may replace it with a similar style of equal or greater value. The design and presentation of the arrangement will remain consistent with your selection. We have a large selection of thrifted vases! Ask about our vase exchange program!
Special Requests & Notifications
If your order includes specific instructions (e.g., “No lilies” or “Include sunflowers”), we will do our best to accommodate your request. If we are unable to, we will contact you before making any substitutions. For major changes, we will notify you via phone or email whenever possible.
